Who we are

These terms govern your use of this store and any order you place through it. By placing an order you accept them.

Products and descriptions

We describe every product as accurately as we can, including materials, measurements and care. Colours vary between screens. Where a measurement matters — and with harnesses, collars and coats it always does — the measurement in the listing is the authoritative one, not the photograph.

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices at any time, but never after an order is placed. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor. If a product is listed at a clearly incorrect price we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it.

Orders and availability

An order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel one — for example where an item is out of stock, where the delivery address is outside the United States, or where we suspect fraud — and we will refund you in full if we do.

Safe use

Our products are everyday pet equipment, not safety restraints and not medical devices. Check fit and condition regularly, especially on anything a dog pulls against, and replace worn webbing or hardware. Nothing sold here is a substitute for supervision or veterinary advice.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
